But, if you are still not happy and wish to cancel service within the first 31 days, we'll credit your account for your first service payment and any applicable equipment fees after you have returned your SunRocket equipment. No questions asked!

And, unlike many other phone companies, there is no penalty charge for canceling your SunRocket Service.

To request your refund:

  • Call Member Services at 1-800-786-0132 to cancel within 31 days of purchase, and we will provide you with a Refund Authorization Number. Please note all cancel requests must be made by phone.
  • If you signed up directly with SunRocket, mail back your gizmo, the power source, and the Ethernet cord to SunRocket in the original box. Send your equipment returns to:

  • Once SunRocket receives your equipment within 7 days of cancellation, we'll credit your account for service payment, equipment charges and associated taxes and fees received by SunRocket in the first 31 days and any associated taxes and fees. Credits exclude any per minute charges for international calls and Directory Assistance unless covered by your SunRocket Service allotments.
  • If you purchased your equipment from a retailer, you will need to follow the return/exchange policy of that particular retailer.
