Anonymous Call Rejection
What is it?
Lets you block calls that are set as anonymous on Caller ID so that they don't ring through to your phone. The anonymous caller will hear a fast busy signal and you no longer have to worry about taking a call from somebody you may not know.
How to use:
- Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Choose Blocking from the menu.
- Check the Block Anonymous Calls box and click Save.
Inbound Call Blocking
What is it?
Control who calls your SunRocket number by creating a list of callers you want to refuse. These callers will hear a busy signal.
How to use:
- Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Choose Blocking from the menu.
- Enter in the number(s) you would like to block under Block Specific Numbers and click Save.
- Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Choose Blocking from the menu.
- Check the Block International Calls box under Outbound Blocking and click Save.
- Log into your Member Account Manager using your email address and password.
- Select the Call Features tab.
- Choose Blocking from the menu.
- Check the Block Directory Service Calls (411) box under Outbound Blocking and click Save.
Outbound International Call Blocking
